Chair of the Board

he/him

  • Intro to Machining

Kyle has always enjoyed working with his hands and channeled that interest into a mechanical engineering degree from Georgia Tech. Upon graduation, Kyle lost access to the campus Invention Studio and needed a space to continue following his interests in fabrication and evolving his skills.

In 2018, Kyle joined MASS Collective in the apprentice program. As he became more involved in the space, he started running larger projects and taking on more responsibilities. Kyle began teaching machining and sheet metal classes and assists with the woodworking training for our apprenticeship program. When MASS Collective transitioned to a non-profit structure, he joined the Board of Directors in 2020. As a board member, Kyle focuses on quality standards and improvements for the shop.

Kyle works as a Mechanical Engineer with Graphic Packaging International, designing automated machines for the beverage packaging industry.
